This may have already been done but I wanted to share anyway. I started slimfast a couple if days ago and went on to the American website. It's really great as you can track your weight online, get meal plans but best of all is the buddy support. It's free and something things are availble on the UK webite but not the buddy support. I recommend it to everyone trying slimfast, or even just using the weight chart for any diet.
