Anyone doing 30 Day Shed, i'm on day 3 and would be good to follow a group to motivate each other

Try going over to the Exercise thread (it's under Health) - there are lots of devotees there. I did it earlier this summer, but fell off the wagon after about 11 days and a weekend away :(

Thanks. I did about 6 days before our holiday and also fell off the band wagon :-)
