Tomorrow I am starting the no S diet (nosdiet.com) if anyone wants to join me for support and encouragement.
I do hate diets and believe that I always end up gaining weight but I am looking at this as a sensible way of eating that people without weight problems do naturally without calling it a diet.
I know some people will not loose weight with this plan but knowing my own eating habits not eating snacks and sweets will be a major positive step (seconds less of a problem).
I intend to use this as a starting point and then over time look at my meals and make them healthier but the amount of sugary snacks I eat throughout the day are the most unhealthy thing I currently eat.
I have promised myself that if I am really struggling and really hungry I will eat a healthy snack, I WILL NOT think 'I am useless, I will never be able to loose weight' and then eat every item of crappy junk food I can get my hands on
