Healthy breakfasts while camping

Off next week to France where our usual breakfasts have consisted of fresh bread, cheese, jam and fresh fruit. Having bread all the time is a killer and I must return home at least a stone heavier.

Can someone present me with a really healthy choice? Something to really look forward to in the mornings.

fresh fruit and yoghurt - the French are big on framage frais, non? whenever I have been to a buffet style breakfast in France these things are always there.

maybe are you self catering? eggs: boiled or scrambled, you don't need the bread. omelette with tomatoes.

Just have the cheese and fruit and maybe some cold meats?

Good ideas here.
Should have said - we are camping, so lots of fresh bread and croissants in the campsite shop .

Also, we cycle a lot in France and I always take a rucksack with baguettes - I was thinking of taking in a pot mini tomatoes, mozzarella, hams etc for me. Is this better?
