By which I mean if it's just you and a toddler in bed. My dh works long hours which means getting out after bedtime is pretty much out if the question. It's often just me and ds in bed until 8ish, by then it's dinner time and bed for me (I work fulltime and I'm knackered).
I can't afford to join a gym, and would only use it maybe once a week at the most anyway.
Can anyone recommend any in house exercises/DVDs I could do. Nothing to noisy though - small house and a light sleeping toddler!
On the occasions I can get out I plan to either go for a swim or cycle/power walk. I'm not particularly overweight, but the old jeans are feeling a tad tight!
