I had a recent blood test for Vitamin D levels recently and it showed that I had a Vitamin D deficiency. I've been taking a supplement for a week now and I've found that my appetite has decreased massively.
For example, I went to a BBQ at the weekend and had a burger, sausage, salad and a small portion of pudding and that was all I had all day. Previously I would have had a big breakfast and loads of food plus at least a couple of helpings of pudding and then a meal when I got home in the evening.
Has anyone else found this is a (very welcome) side effect of Vitamin D?
