Target weight

Just wondering how people have set their target weight?

I started with step by step goals, (lose 1st, reach 10st) and now really need to set a final target. I had been thinking 9 1/2st as that was at when I was doing a lot of triathlon training. However, looking back I wasn't exactly slim then and it would still give me a BMI of over 21 - I've heard people say that if you have a slender bone structure (narrow wrists) which I do you should be aiming for lower end of BMI, so that would be more like 9st or even just under which sounds like damn hard work to maintain!

So folks, how did you set your target? By BMI? By a specific point in your past you wanted to get back to? By what felt achieveable? Or did you just look in the mirror one day and think 'you know what, I look pretty damn good, I'll stop here'?!

When my BMI reaches 25 I'll have lost 5 stone from my heaviest. So my target weight is equivalent to BMI of 25.

Really depends on your starting point tbh Grin

only 6 pounds to go now!
