Dinner: Stir-fry vegetables with chicken on noodles

Breakfast:Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch:Omelette with spring onion, tomato and grated cheese (heb),Green salad
Dinner: Egg fried rice with vegetables
Low fat yogurt
Friday RED
Breakfast:Melon, All bran (heb), Low fat yogurt
Lunch:not decided yet!
Dinner:Chicken and Champ, Low fat yogurt
Saturday RED
Breakfast: Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch: Picnic ? salad, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, ?coronation chicken?
Dinner: Chicken teriyaki Stir Fry
Sunday GREEN
Breakfast: Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch:OUT ? probably salad or roast
Dinner:Beans on toast
