I don't mean a week when you gave fallen off the bandwagon, I mean a week when you have stuck rigidly to your eating and exercise regime, and still only a tiny loss. How do you keep going, given that all your efforts seem to have come to nothing?

Well I just wrote a similar post where I have stuck 95% to Slimming World this week and my scales show another maintain. For me the answer is to keep going, as I know if I quit in going to go back to done crappy eating habits and put the 5lb I lost back on again.

I think you have to treat it like a long and twisty road, you just got to keep ploughing on!

I'm going to continue, but god, it is demotivating, isn't it? Yes, all that is stopping me attacking a piece of toast is the thought of the losses I have managed going back on again, and all the effort being in vain... Grr.

I think the eating plan has to be sustainable, so you should allow yourself toast every now and then, just not three times a day!! (In my case). I got down to target last year by skipping meals, effective but directly I got to target I started eating normally again and put weight back on. So I'm going to try really hard this time not to do that.
