A friend told me he was using them for the gym and they give him a massive boost of energy, I tried some today and I feel they also have me a massive boost of energy.
I would love to hear others that's have tried them if they have had a good or bad experience of them? I'm considering buying some.
Also apart from more energy do they help you loose weight?
