You've reached a plateau, so you need to up the ante.
You haven't mentioned your age, height or whether you exercise (I am assuming you haven't got back to exercising yet), but to create a 5lb loss in 2 weeks is pretty simple math.
You need to create a calorie deficit of around 8750cals to lose 2.5lb of fat, you will lose about the same in water weight though, which will add up to a 5lb loss.
Cycling 5x a week at a brisk pace for 30 minutes will burn around 1750 calories a week, so 4375 calories in a 2.5wk period.
That will get you half way there.
To make up the rest of the deficit, cut around 250-300 calories from your current daily diet.
I got this method using this program and it works perfectly. It is almost 100% accurate and I have never missed a realistic goal weight.
If you want to then stay at that weight, here is the equation which will determine what calories on average you can consume daily:
Goal Weight in Pounds x (hours working out per week + 9.5) = Calories
So, if you work out 3 hours a week...
127 x (3+9.5) = 1587.5 calories per day
Bear in mind that calories are average per day, so if you consume more one day, reduce it by the same amount the next day. In my opinion this is by far the best way to live, as your diet is then flexible as long as you look at things on a weekly basis.
I hope that helps.
