Hello fellow dieters! I plan to start my diet tomorrow. Lost a stone and a half between Christmas and April but since April have been eating what I want. I think I've probably regained what I lost. Anyhow, I figure if I post my ramblings on here it could help me. I aim to basically follow the green SW plan (I am veggie). I have been a size 24 since I had my first child almost 5 years ago and have always been big, apart from a period 12 years ago when I slimmed down to a size 10 for my sister's wedding. Would love to be a size 14-16. Any help, advice, support greatly appreciated. Monday will be my weigh-in day.

Good for you - if you fancy a bit of support from like-minded (and sized) people, join us on the BigMoFos threads. Hang on - I'll find the 'BigMoFos creed' to tell you more about us (sorry - sounding a bit like some sort of cult, but we're not, honestly).

Have posted it on the other thread. Good luck with the dieting.
