Hello! I'm 5' 6", and this morning I was 10st 8lbs. My goal is 9st 4.
I'm getting married in early October and my dress is lovely but UNFORGIVING. It shows every bump! So I need to lose weight and tone up.
I have a gym membership, a rowing machine, lots of fitness DVDS (30 Day Shred, etc) and access to a dog to walk... But I'm currently not doing anything!!
Can anyone think of a simple, effective plan I can follow to get to my goal by October? I could try the Scarsdale Diet (I love it), but will I look haggard in my face? I'm 40something now.
