I have lost over 4 stones

I now have one stomach instead of several but it is a sad wrinkly old thing.

I have lost weight without exercise which may have been a mistake but I refuse to dwell on that as it is such a massive achievement for me.

However what can I do to improve it- is there an exercise to tighten loose skin? It is not much, just a little patch where c - section over hang used to be and an odd patch in a straight line under bust/approaching waistband area.

Hope I haven't put anyone off their lunch.

Watching with interest.. I too have lost over 4 stone. I'm going to a pt and have lost some of my tummy but still have that horrible overhang.
Hoping someone comes along with an answer

I've lost over 4 stone too! I have done it with exercise tho.

Not too late to start the exercise now.... I run and go to a bootcamp

I have what you're talking about - I don't have a large hang, it's ok in clothes but the skin is wrecked completely :(
I've not had a c-section so mine is from going huge in pregnancy 3x - staying overweight then losing 4 stones very quickly.

I don't think I'll even get rid of it without surgery. Since losing my weight, to give you an idea of the effort I've put in, I've almost completely repaired a diastasis recti (spelling?) through strengthening and working on my core and my fecking mummy tummy still exists.

That said, I have seen before and after photo's on the likes of myfitnesspal where people have almost 100% got rid of it. I suppose it depends on your individual skin.

Good luck

Well done on all the losses ( and thank you Toobig!)

Right I will give it a go ( and report back in 4 weeks)
