2 days ago was meant to be my last ever binge

I was disgusted with myself.

I think today has been even worse Hmm

I have put on so much weight in the last two years, it is getting ridiculous. I get all motivated to stop being unhealthy, I plan and make lovely meals, it lasts a few days at the most.

I don't need advice, really. I know what I should be doing. I just think I should finally put this out here to make me realise what a stupid thing it is I am doing and how I really need to stop. Sigh. If anyone has ever managed to stop binge eating, please post here and give me hope!

I've stopped binge eating with Paul McKenna Emotional Eating www.amazon.co.uk/Freedom-From-Emotional-Eating-DVD/dp/0593064070/

Started at the beginning of April and not binged since.
Have lost 20 lb so far.

That's great, well done! I don't think I have emotional triggers, tbh, but this sounds worth a try.

What triggers do you think you might have, Princess? What drives you to binge?

Why can't you eat one biscuit, 2 squares of chocolate, 2 wines etc- then stop? Why do you feel the need to binge?

Do you really want to stop shovelling in unneeded fuel? Or just thing you 'should' stop? Why do you say you 'need' to stop?
