Which Paul McKenna book? Or VGB app?

I have I Can Make You Thin somewhere, but didn't really give it a go and then got pregnant. However I like the idea of a virtual gastric band, but then there's now the Emotional Eating book with the havening concept too. Feel a bit Hmm about the money spinning, but willing to buy one if they're worth having.

I also have the Easyloss VGB app which I've listened to. Not sure the FB support group is for me TBH.

Any opinions?

Hi KeepCalm. I started with the Emotional Eating book as I knew that I had a bad relationship with food. So far I've lost 22 lb since the beginning of April and no longer have any desire to binge eat. This week I have followed up with the PMcK gastric band, but can't comment on how well that is doing yet as it is only a couple of days.

Both of the Emotional Eating and the Gastric Band have the Havening DVD.

My opinion is to get the Emotional Eating one first if you do have a problem with binge or emotional eating. It has stopped me binging totally.

Thank you. I'm so impatient I don't want to wait for amazon!

You can get it as an iBook via the iTunes store which can be read on an iPad. That one has the DVD and the CD embedded in it.
