I've lost a few pounds this week, my waist it looking good and I can see my muscles again.
I know it's not a true 'loss' and just my body's reaction to a week of healthy choices and exercise. I'm working out a lot so the scales will probably go back up next week as I get onto an even keel, I'm dreading it. I felt lovely in my maxi dress last night. 
I know why it happens, but it's so disheartening.
