So my baby is 11 months old and I've still not lost the pregnancy weight :( I gained 4 stone whilst pregnant and then lost 2 stone pretty quickly leaving me with saggy skin on my tummy. I lost another half a stone a few months later but can't shift this last stone and a half. My tummy looks awful :( just started the booshh diet and exercising to tone the tummy but just wanted to hear whether it's actually possible to regain your pre preggers figure? I'm so depressed! Anyone achieved it?

It is possible. Are you bf? I really struggled to lose weight while I was but when I stopped (when she was about 12 months) it started to come off a bit easier. I combined it with sticking to mfp quite strictly and doping lots of exercise (cycling, walking, shred)

I think the main thing for me was exercise because I didn't do a lot while pregnant so I lost my fitness.

My body isn't identical now to before (boobs a bit saggier, some stretch marks etc) but now I'm back to size 12 and most importantly I'm fit again, it doesn't matter about the (slightly) saggy bits! Accepting them is like accepting that I'm 5ft3 so I'm never going to look like a supermodel- I really have no choice but to accept that this is what I've got and might as well keep as fit as possible in order to make the best of it.

Hey, it is defo possible to shift baby weight
My youngest is 5 and life got the better of me in terms of convenience foods. I went from a size 8-10 9stone to a size 12/14 10 stone 11 lbs Hated my body and all it's flabby bits. I kept seeing all these things like juice plus etc but knew I couldn't stick to it long term as I get bored really easily and need to eat rubbish
My friend had done a 9 day cleanse and not only did she loose weight but she looked and felt amazing. So I thought 9 days. I could do that !! And I did. I lost 8lbs and this has inspired me to keep at it. I know I will never be stone again but I will take anything in single digits
I feel like a different person. Full of energy and so much more confident

Because my partner has seen such a difference in me he is now doing one too xx

I've finally managed it dd2 is 2.5 after nearly 6 years 'in the wilderness'. Am 5'10 and 10 3/4 stone-ish as before. Bizarrely I seem to have gone down a dress size also in that time and seemingly am now a 10 when I used to be a 12 (I'm sure vanity sizing has nothing to do with this at all! ) Grin

you haven't got much to lose but 11 months isnt long in my experience
