Hi guys weren't sure where to post this but here goes.

Since April 2013 i have lost 4 and a half stone (63lbs) and dropped 3-4 dress sizes which I love... then I wore a primark dress (not too tight but not loose either) and my neighbour asked if i was pregnant again =( (gutted btw) obviously having 2 kids within 18 months of one another and the weight gain / loss since 2012 I have alot of flab and stretch marks and I can't seem to shift it

I don't have time nor money to go to the gym and I have tried so many different routines (have dumbell weights and an exercise mat along with the wii fit board) I have been reading about super tablets / supplements and pics of people dropping all the flab and its tempting me (I know its probably all lies ) I really need to get rid of this fat.. please help =( I need support and advice and the strength to go on instead of giving up (cannot afford swimming either)

toning up?

Very well done on losing 63lbs! I'd highly recommend fitnessblender.com for home workouts: you can choose to download a programme for about a fiver which tells you which routine to do each day but the workout vids themselves are free. You're right to be cynical about supplements, if they worked we'd all be thin, although I do take vitamin D.

Hi. Congrats on the weight loss. I'm finding running really good for toning hips, legs and bum but I'm struggling with my stomach. Even though I've lost the weight it's still got this flabby bit that I can't shift!

Try kettle bells - you can buy them for home and there's loads of exercises online. I'm starting to see some progress in that area with those. Oh, and plank!
