Hi guys, I went from a size 8-10 at 115-120lbs to a size 18 187lbs from being pregnant, my son is 7months now and I've lost 44lbs well 18 of that was him and fluids, so I've only lost 26lbs really, and I'm a 14 now. I know I should be happy with the loss, but its just not coming of pf quick enough, some weeks I plataeu, then I'll get a 2lb loss then same again. I've tried to work out but I haven't got the energy with a teething baby and no sleep, I have to cook family meals too. Anyone got any good diets I could fit into? And to be honest even though I've lost what I have I dont look any different:( xx

With a 7 month old you will probably look knackered regardless of how big or small you are but I doubt that helps :)

I am a really rubbish snacker (chocolate, biscuits, chocolate, cake, chocolate) when sleep-deprived so could you look at that. I was also still bf at that age and drinking a lot. When I realised the horrendous amount of calories in squash I was Shock and switched to water which helped shift the lbs.

It is hard but if you are losing steadily then it is going the right way, even if there is a plateau here and there..
Good luck.
