I've had a very stressful few weeks and have really let my healthy eating go to pot, my belly area has piled it on rather quickly (not pg) and my bottom is expanding at an alarming rate
I'm a bridesmaid in 5 weeks! I really need to lose just over half a stone or my dress may not fit
Any recommendations? I can exercise every day apart from Sunday!
God I feel so ashamed of myself for letting a bad time get me down so much that I've out in nearly a stone and now feel even more upset
