You dont EXACTLY measure your health extras of meat (ie, 113g chicken)? Life is too short to be faffing about like that but i just wondered if it made much difrerence to the overall diet?

Apparently it does, but I never do! I am also of the opinion life is too short!! I never weigh cereal or meat or measure milk. And I'm not doing too badly!

Can i be extremely nosy and ask how much you've lost?

apparently it does . i tend to weigh but give or take a few grammes etc. i dont find it too bad to only weigh a few bits, much better than WW where you have to weigh most things, or did when i did it

I joined january 05 and lost 2 stone 12 pounds by august, then went on holiday, put 1/2 stone back on! Hadn't lost it all again when i got pg, had baby 8 weeks ago, lighter than ever. 2 weeks after baby was born I got my 3 stone award!!

So it's taken me a while to get here but I have had a baby in the meantime!!
