Trying to lose 5 stone. Lost lots of weight when I was 14 years old by only eating half of my dinner a day and although this is the only thing that has worked for me I now understand as I got older that this wasn't healthy and when I started eating properly again all the weight piled on again.. Tried the slim fast diet too but got bored of drinking mostly milkshakes . Anyone any good tips for losing weight? Thanks xxx
