Help me expand my limited diet

At 18 months I was seriously ill with pneumonia which caused me to develop an eating disorder. It is like a phobia of trying new foods which has limited my diet to the three same meals every day for as long as I can remember.

I'm desperate to lose some weight but because my diet is so limited I'm struggling.
I have been for hypnotherapy which has helped a lot in expanding my range of meals.

If I list what I can eat please could someone help suggest things for me to try that are filling but will help me lose weight? It may take a while for me to try them as I still feel afraid of trying certain things although I'm loads better now I've been for hypnotherapy.

I can eat:
Sausages
Chicken nuggets
Fish fingers
Mince

Branflakes
Milk
Bread
Ham (maybe, I've gone off it)
Cheese
Spaghetti hoops
Pizza
Garlic bread
Apples
Carrots
Broccoli
Mash
Garlic
Onions (if diced small and cooked in a recipe)
Jacket potato

I really like tomato flavours if that helps Grin

I currently have omlettes and spag Bol which are new meals I enjoy!

Is this about you (an adult) or your child who was ill when 18 months old?
