I have my last 1/2 stone to shift, I've lost 2 1/2 so far and I'm really pleased with myself however this last 1/2 stone is proving impossible to get rid of. For example, I went to bed at 10.6.8 and woke up 10.8. How?!!
I HAVE to get to 10st or I can't ride my horse, he's only just started to be ridden and I'm still too heavy 
I'm desperate and wanted to ask if anyone can tell me if raspberry ketones work or if I'll be wasting my money.
Does anyone have any other tips that would help bar cutting it off myself?
