Can anyone recommend exercise I can do that's at home, quick but effective

I need this way as I have young baby with no one to look after her regularly and quick so I can attend to her if she needs me

Shred! Google Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and some of it is on YouTube. It's brilliant and only takes about 25 mins

Bit old fashioned but I still turn to my Tae Bo DVDs if I want to get a quick result. Good luck!
