I'm 5'0, started out the year at 13st 9 and am now just over 11st. According to the BMI calculator, I'm still borderline obese and would need to lose another 2st to get into the healthy weight bracket.
Losing another 2st sounds a lot like hard work. Plus, I'm naturally, er, curvy, with 32H boobs, and don't know how to factor that into the calculations! My gut feeling is I need to lose another stone.
How did you set your target weight? And did you stick to it or did it not feel right once you got closer?
