I tried a dress on for a wedding on saturday and it was so tight it wouldn't do up Shock . Now, I know that I've slacked on the cardio front in the last three months- a combination of a stress fracture meaning I couldn't run, a new house & area and a new job working from home. I have obviously been able to tell that I've put on some pounds as am wobbly now when I used to be toned, but have convinced myself it's not too bad (i never weigh myself but go on clothes fitting) - probably because I've been lounging around in, well, lounge wear Blush bloody weight creeping on stealthily.

To combat this, I today put in my food / grazing snacking / high undisciplined approach to MFP and i almost had a heart attack. No wonder! I must have been "forgetting" food, or thinking that if I only have little and often, it doesn't count. I am embarrassed to say that I must have been scoffing well over 2000 calories a day; I'm pretty low carb anyway, but that is excessive and unhealthy.

From today I am back on the wagon doing some phys and being aware of what I eat. Success stories of shifting it when you've put it on, and how long it takes to lose would be much appreciated!

Although actually the title is a misnomer- I suppose it's more like a mindless/forgetful eater Blush
