Firstly, I absolutely understand about balanced diet, gradual weight-loss, maintaining etc, etc. I lost 4 stone a few years ago - a little too much. I now need to loose about 7-9lbs to be well in the healthy BMI range and fit comfortably into my summer clothes again.
I want to do something for just one week to kick-start and help me drop some bad habits. I'll then go back to the tried and tested, what works for me diet to loose the rest.
Because I don't have that much to loose, I'm struggling to get the motivation to do 1/2lb to 1lb per week - summer will be over by then!
Any suggestions?
