Weight loss meal planner, can anyone help?

Dh and I spend way more than we should on food, trying to organise a 2 week meal plan that's easy and healthy. Can anyone help?

Foods we like, the list is much longer than this!
Chicken
Turkey
Pork
Quinoa
Lentils
All veggies

No
Lamb
Beef
Pasta
Rice
Nothing processed or refined.

Absolutely love quinoa, if anyone can help me plan 2 weeks of meals I'd be very grateful.

Do you want a 3 meals a day planner, or are you just looking for evening meals?

You haven't mentioned fish or seafood, but here's your first week and a bit.

Poached chicken breasts with mushroom quinoa pilaff.
Turkey stir-fry
Pork and butternut squash stew
Vegetable dansak on cauliflower rice
Prawn fritatta
Turkey chilli con carne with garlic bread or quinoa
Roast pork with ratatouille
Baked salmon and asparagus

Tesco website is very good at creating menu plans.
