Low impact workout DVDs

I started insanity last year and loved it. I also took up running.

Unfortunately I think a combination of these have really damaged my left knee. My doctor says it's not bad enough yet to do anything and I am fighting this BUT now I can't do either of these forms of exercise.

Can anyone recommend a low impact exercise DVD that I can do that won't damage my knee any further? I can't afford to join a gym at the moment, once DH finds a job I will start swimming as I know that is good but is there anything else anyone can recommend so i dont end losing the fitness level i achieved?

Appreciate your responses x

Hey Pretty

What about yoga? Can't recommend a particular dvd, but one for beginners if you are new so there is detailed instruction. Have a look on Amazon and then you can go by reviews.

Or you could try something like
