Weird effects of weight loss?

I have lost 3 stone (1-1.5 more to go) but since I lost about 1.5 stone and got my collar bones back, they are really sore and sensitive. Like today, my handbag was pretty heavy, so I feel like the bone is bruised. Anyone else have random side effects of weight loss?

I developed vertigo after 4 stone loss, doctor told me to eat more salt...

You put the usual amount of water in for a bath & get in & it's not enough to cover you, (I'm a long way off that this time but looking forward to getting back there!)

Yeah, evelynj I forgot about that! I had a bath recently and the water just drained away when I took out the plug instead of my thighs and ass creating a damn across the whole thing Grin

Juneybean did you find more salt helped? I've been getting a lot of dizzy spells but thought it might be low potassium.

It does help when I remember but you get so ingrained into the thinking that salt is bad that I still forget to salt my food!

I asked DH if my 'droopy dogs' we're looking any better - meaning my jowls.

HE LOOKED AT MY BOOBS!!!'

Also, my joint hypermobilty pain is worse.

Iklboo Shock your poor DH. I can imagine the look he got.
