Yes I find they work. I use Paul McKenna CDs. The Gastric Band one I find amazing but they all work. I try to listen before I fall asleep each night and it gives me a better nights sleep too.

ooh! thanks. I might give it a go. I have tried pretty much everything else but as just can't stop snacking. And I really need to lose weight now. for health reasons as much as anything.
