Wakame miso soup- Would you? Do you?

Nutritional Information typical value per 100g. Each satchet is 18g
Energy - 421 kJ/ 100 kcal- so about 20kcal a satchet
Protein - 7.1 g- 1g a satchet
Carbohydrate - 9.8 g 1g etc
of which sugars - 9.8 g 1g
Fat - 3.6 g - 0.3g
of which saturates - 1.0 g
Salt - 12 g- 1.25g a satchet

What do you think of these values?

I love miso soup, though it's better made with miso paste than out of a packet.

I actually really like this soup. They sell it in out Tesco. If I'm peckish at night I'll have a cup. Supposed to be really good for you as well.

I wasn't sure if there was 'something' dodgy about it- in that someone was going to say 'oh, the carbs' Shock or 'the salt!- or similar!

You never seem to read about it as a hunger-filler on this board.

The satchets are paste but there's no chunks of tofu in it and only about 7 pieces of tiny seaweed!

Miso is extremely healthy. It just isn't something people in the UK are used to eating, in general. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and healthy bacteria, is good for recovering from illness and for helping with the effects of taking antibiotics. You can get miso in many different forms, made from soy, barley, or rice.

It's kind of alive as well..... when you make the soup up it doesn't stop moving around.
