No faddy diets, fasting etc. Just one simple breakfast, lunch and dinner I can start tomorrow.

I know I need to drink more water, cut out the biscuits etc - all bad habits I've slipped back into.

I have too much choice and need to simplify!

Thanks!

Less.

I am in the same boat. Gillian Riley has written a couple of good books about it, Eating Less and Ditching Diets.

A smaller bowl/plate, no snacks, no booze, fill at least half your plate with veg. Serve your portion, then put half on another plate, eat what you have with a drink, then decide if you want the rest.

Loads of veg. Look up the cals in a veg curry or chilli and you will see why, so low in cals and will make your digestion work better.
I'm having museli (not great but I'm sick of porridge) for lunch a jacket spud, beans and salad and some melon.
Dinner will be low fat spag Bol with lots of veg so less pasta.

I'm doing the small plate this week.

Thanks ladies - I'd forgotten about the smaller plate! I've just got one out of the cupboard ready! I am determined to get back on track tomorrow - fingers crossed - am going to plug in to Mr McKenna too when I go to bed!!
