hello ,
I am a first time mommy who delivered a baby gal in December 2013.
After delivery, I have put on weight around my thighs , arms , hips and tummy.
I dread to check my weight and fear to even go near the scale as I am sure I have put on oodles of weight.
Pre pregnancy I was size 8 and now I am size 10.
I cannot think of joining classes as I need to take care of my baby and also working full time.
Any suggestions, weight loss plans, home exercises which I can do to lose all the fat accumulated .
P.S : Pre- pregnancy I was physically active and would go to gym and kickboxing regularly .
