Quick weight loss tips please!!

Hi there.
I have successfully lost 5stone and have 2 stone to go before I hit target. I've literally just ate healthy and exercise. No gimmicks.

However, I have come to a stand still the last few weeks. I have an event coming up in two weeks, so just looking for a good quick way of. Loosing weight quickly with the intent to go back to my usual healthy eating habits

Anyone got any good advice?

My will power for once in my life is quite good, so am open to most things other than completely starving!!

Wow thats fantastic!

If you are looking to lose weight quickly then I would recommend limiting carbs and cutting out 'rubbish' food completely so no biscuits, chocolate, crisps, no adding of sugar to any food...drinking only water.

Basically when I did it I stuck to a meal plan along the lines of:

Breakfast: small bowl of porridge or weetabix with unsweetened soya milk.

Lunch: some cherry tomatoes (very low in calorie so you can eat quite a few!) a yogurt and a piece of fruit, like a large banana.

Dinner: Either just a plate of veg or veg with chicken, turkey or fish (lean meat)

Snacks: veg, for example carrot sticks.

Veg is so healthy and low in calorie you can eat as much of it as you like so you don't have to go hungry.

  • A very boring diet and probably not enough food but if its only for the short term then its doable - I did it!
