Hi there.
I have successfully lost 5stone and have 2 stone to go before I hit target. I've literally just ate healthy and exercise. No gimmicks.
However, I have come to a stand still the last few weeks. I have an event coming up in two weeks, so just looking for a good quick way of. Loosing weight quickly with the intent to go back to my usual healthy eating habits
Anyone got any good advice?
My will power for once in my life is quite good, so am open to most things other than completely starving!!
