Hypnosis for weight loss (Hypnoband?) - Harley Street?

Hello

Wonder if you could help. Has anyone used Hypnotherapy for weight loss and/or a gastro hypno band? Dh is due to see a therapist at 1 harley street called Jenny Francis and is looking to find anyone who it has worked for just for reassurance really. He also wants me to ask how quickly results happen so he knows what to expect.

Haven't had hypnotherapy with that one but went to Jo Gowda in Harley Street and it works like a charm. I did some work on her website and traded out for some sessions and was really impressed. Don't worry all will be fine and you will notice a difference right after the first one and then a few more sessions to lay it in. I think though you have to back it up with finding out the deeper reason for the problem though.

I was aware of what she was saying but felt like I was on drugs a bit and felt like I needed to sleep right after but then felt great. not sure if it affects everyone the same though?

There are a few threads about going to hypnotherapists on the forum.
Quite a few people are very positive after having the treatment.
Nobody seems to come back again later to say how it is working after the first few weeks.
Don't know if it is because they slip back into their old ways or some other reason.
