I've bought the 7-day box from Diet Chef via QVC, so didn't sign up directly with them (have read previous threads describing issues with payments etc).
Do you have any tips/tricks to send my way? I really need to get hold of my eating habits, particuarly portion sizes and not binging so thought this might help me get started. DH is away for a week soon, so thought I'd start then. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks.
