don't have blt listed but a bacon double cheeseburger is 11 points.

i found it on the weight watchers sight it was'nt as bad as i thought they are 8.5 so had more points to play with for the rest of the day, i started weight watchers 2 weeks ago and i have lost 6 1/2lb another 1/2lb then i lost my first 1/2 stone still way to go yet but i prefer to go 1/2st at a time.
