Getting back into my wedding ring and my old shoes

Since I had twins, 16 months ago, I've been carrying at least 20kg of extra weight, although I have now lost 10kg but still have at least 10kg to go. I'm not sure how much exactly I weighed before though.

My question is, is the extra weight the reason I still can't get my wedding rings back on again? And also my shoe size - will I ever go back down to my old shoe size, or is this permanent?

I am just wondering whether or not to have a clear out of my shoes and whether to get my wedding rings re-sized. I will lose the weight eventually, but want to know if my body changes are here to stay.

My wedding ring got too tight when I was pregnant and I couldn't remove it. I put on more weight after my daughter was born and the ring became well and truly stuck. I have recently lost weight and as soon as I reached my pre-pregnancy weight the ring could be removed, so I would say there is no need to get the ring re-sized.

No idea re shoes though, but I suspect they'll be fine too.

Good luck with your weight loss.
