I'm also going to cut out bad carbs and stick to brown rice and veg with protein for my meals I don't want to follow anything to rigid.

I've noticed that people claim psoriasis has cleared totally through juicing. Look at jason vale, some stories off his Facebook group are amazing

The best way to test this would be to gut out gluten and dairy (the two main culprits when it comes to food intolerance), for 2-3 weeks, see what, if any, difference it makes, then reintroduce them separately, to see what reaction you have. This is the 'gold standard' test, seeing what your body does....what do you think? It would be a tough period but it is only a few weeks and would give you a proper answer.

I know of someone who went gluten free and her psoriasis cleared up within a week. The photos were amazing!

I have been wheat and sugar free for about 12 weeks but my psoriasis hasn't gone Sad

I am now (as of yesterday) having 3 weeks of dairy free too (plus alcohol free) to see if that makes any difference.

Joules68 I'm not on Facebook - can you elaborate on this juicing cure?

My mother's psoriasis cleared up after taking royal jelly capsules for around 6 to 10 weeks. She'd suffered badly on her lower legs for 30 years, and none of the standard treatments had worked. Worth a try?
