DH needs to loose a few stone. He has been overweight for the last few years but he has now reached 40 and needs to do something as I fear he is headed for major health problems.
He enjoys food and we eat well cooking from scratch etc. but beer and curry are probably his biggest downfall. He has tried dieting before but the trouble is I end up spending time preparing healthy meals and packed lunches while he continues to eat curry and drink lots of beer grrrrr. Any ideas or success stories of diet plans or ways to motivate the man in my life?
