Pmt and diet sabotage!

Hi anyone else manage a good week or even 2 then as soon a pmt strikes totally undoes all the good work and ends up very low, even fatter and truly miserable. Thinking of going to gp to see if anything available to stabilise moods to prevent the huge dips. Has anyone managed to conquer this issue, would love to hear.

Hi Ginger, yes I have had this. My PMT was bad. If you google Maryon Stewart and the Natural Health Advisory Service you can see she has a diet programme that stops the PMT, cravings etc. it worked really well for me.
A good supplement to take is Chromium Complex, it helps to regulate your blood sugar and prevent the cravings

Yes. Me too - in fact it's one of the signs my period is on the way - I just lose all control and start devouring sweet stuff.

I shall look into this chromium thing.
