I would say yes if your serious about it, the same would also go for ww, you have to do it religiously and exercise as well.....argh! Good luck, I'm going to try as of monday as well....

Well, i'm 11 stone and was 9 stone before i got preggers - am going to exercise too but i crave stodge atm (bfing too) so hope that sw wont effect my supply! Good luck X

how many weeks til Xmas?
I reckon you could do 3-4 lbs a week if you were very strict about it

also - SW has a special plan for breast feeders so you wouldn't go hungry nor would it affect your supply
