Two quick questions about eggs and yoghurt

How many calories in a hard boiled medium sized egg? Google opinion ranges from 88 calories to 156 calories. Quite a big difference!
Also, why do people say to have full fat Greek yoghurt and not the fat free Total one? Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance!

Well the fat free total tastes shite compared to the fat free so that's probably why.

Although, tbf if you've not tried either of them the fat free is bearable. Just.

The 2% one is much better.

Eggs I always say are 100 cals.

Because fat free yoghurt usually has sugar in it, which is far worse for you. Yoghurt fat is good fat

isn't there something about low fat food fucking with your brain and that we need fat for satiety (as well as obviously for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins) otherwise end up consuming even more calories or at best feeling hungrier and not getting anything useful from the food?

I just go with whatever MFP suggests for eggs, but mentally I round them up to 100 each
