Hi,

Just thinking about joining and was wondering if anybody has tried or is on it and what they think on it. Good? Bad? Easy to follow? Do you get much support on it?

Thanks

Hi emmawill, I tried this about a year ago, it's fairly good. The chat boards are very supportive and they will even print off your shopping list for the week's meals if you tell them which supermarket you use. I did find it quite expensive as the meals change each week obviously, but you only tend to use a bit of everything (e.g. 2 of the six tomatoes) so there's a bit of waste. I personally found it was good but no substitute for going to a 'club' each week and getting weighed in. I've since gone back to weightwatchers and I'm having more success with that. Hope this helps

Tesco diets have points?! I obviously did a completely different one, think it may have been the GI tesco one actually. Still think there is no substitute for being weighed by someone else each week - I get shamed into losing weight!

Thanks for your opinions that does help. There is a Rosemary Conelly club very near me, its just I'm not very good at committing myself to going every week as something always seems to come up and I miss a week, then I think oh well won't go the next week and before I know it I've dropped out. So I thought maybe an online diet might be the answer.

I used eDiets for a while.. it's expensive if you pay full whack but good and a vast choice of menu options.

I joined for a few weeks on a special offer and then printed off a weeks meal plan + receipes every day so now I have loads of weekly receipe and meal plans in a folder that I can go back to enytime I want without having to pay the monthly fee.
