I have been on the slimfast plan for a week (I know, it's only a week) but I have completely cut out wine/chocolate/takeaways/bread/chips/cakes - everything nice basically in that week and have only lost a pound!! Dh on the otherhand has also been on it for a week but totally lapsed on Sunday, had about 8 pints and 1/2 a bottle of wine and has lost 5lb!!
Now then, can anyone tell me why that is? Because I am about 1/2 a second of going to the bloody chippy and pigging out!
Oh and before you all have a go at me for being on slimfast in the first place, I needed a quickfix as have a wedding next week and wanted to lose at least 1/2stone in a fortnight which I thought could be done on slimfast. Seems it can in my husbands case grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
