Hi.
I'm after some tips. I'm 5.7 and weigh 14 stone, so I really need to shift some chub!
I enjoy excersize classes and go when I can 2/3 times a week, boot camp and body pump.
The problem is I can't stop stuffing my face! I love eating! so im thinking if I could do a week on slim fast or similar my body might get used to less food and I can start from there.
so my question, what's the best thing to do? slim fast, celebrity slim?
