Juice detox tomorrow anyone?

Starting a 5 day juice detox tomorrow- anyone doing it so we can support each other? Never made it to the end of one day before!!

I've cheated a little and having all my juices delivered for the week tonight. I work 120 hours a week and its not convenient to juice all the time! Hopefully this will help. Unfortunately we go out for food twice a day with work ..... This will kill me!!

I did the Jason vale 5 day detox at half term and lost 10lbs! felt amazing after day 3

Igot mine delivered too ! I did three days felt great least 5 lbs think I've a few left I'm on for tomorrow!

I make mine daily, doubt I could afford them delivered!

It was reduced from £200 to £60 for the 5 days - 6 juices a day. Awaiting delivery now!

Yikes feeling pretty rough! Only managed one juice due to a bit of an error on my part! Had to endure a three hour lunch with work and just watched them eat !
